Firm Policies & Procedures
01. Advisory Limits and Scope
Legal Insight & Compliance provides advisory, consulting, and compliance assessment services specifically tailored for corporate entities in the United States. The materials, reports, and strategic recommendations provided by our firm do not constitute formal legal opinions or attorney-client privileged communications unless expressly engaged under a separate, executed Legal Representation Agreement.
By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that regulatory compliance is an ongoing, dynamic requirement subject to changing legislative environments. Our preliminary audits reflect the legal landscape at the exact time of delivery.
02. Client Responsibilities
The accuracy and efficacy of our compliance assessments rely exclusively on the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of documentation provided by the client. The client unequivocally agrees to the following covenants during the term of our engagement:
- Promptly disclose all relevant financial, operational, and historical compliance records upon request.
- Notify the firm immediately, in writing, of any pending or anticipated regulatory inquiries or enforcement actions.
- Maintain accurate internal compliance logs as recommended in our preliminary audits and risk assessments.
Of Liability
03. Liability Limitations
Under no circumstances shall Legal Insight & Compliance, its managing partners, agents, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the implementation or non-implementation of our advisory recommendations.
Our maximum aggregate liability, regardless of the form of action—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—shall be strictly limited to the total amount of professional fees paid by the client to the firm for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event.
04. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you advisory services shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Delaware.
05. Messaging & Communications
If you opt in to receive communications from us via email or SMS:
- Messages may include transactional, informational, or promotional content
- Message frequency may vary
- Message and data rates may apply
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (561) 290-8381. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
We do not guarantee message delivery. Carriers and service providers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
